Yes you! You can totally do this! Here are 3 of my fav go-to stretches that I recommend for a tight low back, hips, and hamstrings. This won’t take much of your time, but I genuinely hope that it helps. Let’s keep it simple and sweet.

This luscious and gentle practice will speak to your hips and lower back. In just a short amount of time, these posture will help to create spaciousness in both mind and body. We will take our sweet time working through these poses, so that you can enjoy your breath and step off your mat feeling refreshed.

This class is for when you’ve been sitting too damn long. Starting with deep diaphragm breathing to oxygenate your body and clean the slate. Followed by a short but sweet journey into your hips, hamstrings, low back and core stabilizer muscles. You will step off your mat feeling spaciousness and refreshed in both mind and body.
