  1. How long does my subscription last?

Subscriptions are monthly based billed at the beginning of each month on a recurring basis. You can cancel at anytime. If you subscribe mid month, you will still be charged for the entire month.

2. Can I gift a subscription?

3. Do you offer annual plans?

We currently do not offer annual plans.

4. How do I unsubscribe?

Click on the My Account button on the bottom of the Members Home page to open your Account area. Click the View or cancel plans link under Billing. Click the Cancel subscription link under the plan you want to cancel. 

5. How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click on the My Account button on the bottom of the Members Home page to open your Account area. click the Edit your profile link, unselect the Email subscription option. 

6. How do I reset my password?

Click on the My Account button on the bottom of the Members Home page to open your Account area. click the Change your password link. 

7. How do I connect my phone or tablet to my TV?

This depends on the type of phone that you have, which browser you use, and the age and type of TV you have. If you own a Smart TV, you may be able to launch an internet browser and navigate to www.sowingseedsyoga.com, login, and launch a video. 

Your phone/tablet and most internet browsers also allow you to cast your screen to your TV. There are a number of videos available to help you do this on YouTube. You can search, “How do I cast my phone or tablet to my TV” to find a specific video for your model of phone, tablet,  and TV.

8. How do I connect my computer to my TV?

There are a few ways that you can put our videos onto your TV. 

For computers, you can use an HDMI cable if your computer and TV support that connection type. Some new computers will have USB-C or Mini Display port connections that you will require and adaptor to HDMI in order to plug into your TV. If it is an older model of computer you can use a VGA cable, again, if your TV supports that connection type.  

9. Can I download videos to watch offline?

We do not currently allow video content to be downloaded for offline use. You must have a direct LAN line connection your computer or a WiFi connection for your computer or mobile device in order to access content. 

10. Do you live stream classes?

We currently are not live streaming classes. We are looking at offering this at a later point in time. 

11. I would like to share my story. where do I send this?
